This is Steve Samuels of Faith News Niagara. I am commited to delivering to you news of God is doing through his people in Niagara and beyond through the Faith News website and podcast. As I do so, I'd love to have your support in one -- or maybe both? -- of the following ways:
1) Help financially support FNN by contributing to my Patreon account. This pays for incidental costs associated with the website and podcasts. Choose to make a one-time gift, or choose to give on a monthly basis.
Gas money and hosting costs for the website and podcasts are the biggest expenses. Hardware repairs, replacing outdated hardware, and time needed to compile audio, video and written versions of Faith News articles make up smaller expenses that add up along the way as well.
Listen to a detailed breakdown of the various things I do in the course of a month to get a better breakdown of those expenses.
2) Help raise awareness of Faith News! By far the best way to do that is through social media. This makes FNN content easier to find online, so not only are your friends going to learn about Faith News as you share with them, so will other Christians as they come across Faith News content. So if you aren't in a position to give financially... maybe someone who comes across the site will be. Sharing is the next best thing to giving.
A few specific ways to do this include:
a) Like the FNN Facebook page, and even consider joining the FNN group.
b) Share stories with friends, using the social buttons found on the left hand side of every page.
c) If you enjoyed a story, leave a comment at the bottom of the page, or on the FNN Facebook page. (Facebook likes when people interact with stories; the more interaction, the easier the stories will be found on Facebook.)
If you appreciate Faith News Niagara's website and podcast, and the video stories found on the Faith News YouTube page, consider showing your appreciation in one of the two ways listed above. Thanks in advance!
Local ministries featured in Faith News win when we share what God is doing in and through them, on their behalf. They also win when readers bless those ministries, as directed by the Lord.
Our communities win when readers become more generous because they're inspired to give as they read.
You (the reader) win by finding out what God is doing in Niagara. What should you partner with? Pray for? Give support to? Ask the Lord how you can help the ministries featured in Faith News Niagara.
And Faith News founder Steve Samuels (that's me) wins. I get to live out a few of my passions, like helping unite the Church. Making this website available to churches and ministries means I can keep serving people.
And all this means area ministries can share what they're doing, our communities can be better places to live, I can keep giving through Faith News, and you get to read relevant and up-to-date local content. It's a win-win. Actually, it's a win many times over.
